Tanya Dotson

From Ivy-league academic to company owner and now entrepreneur, Tanya’s journey through life has been anything but boring. She has taken the plunge twice and created 2 companies - the first one where she made money and the second where money serves her.
Since 1987 she has worked in the United States, England and Denmark, creating and implementing lasting improvement and empowerment in communities, in close cooperation with challenged youth, their families and associated social workers.
In October 2001 she and Jette Rosborg co-founded the Bridge-Builders (Brobisserne) company and in 2006 developed a workshop, Groundhogs Day, to train youth professionals and social workers.
She still does consulting work with Bridge Builders, impacting the lives of families in crises, one conversation at a time.
After 10 years of success with Bridge Builders (Brobisserne), she started a new company, Synergy People.
As the Managing Director of this conglomerate she has effectively coached leaders in the private and public sector, small business owners and professionals, groups and individuals including top rated performing artists in Copenhagen.
Tanya is a Certified Communications expert, creator of futures and passionate lecturer.
This year alone she has launched Designing Futures worth living into, Hard Knocks Academy, On the Road to Retirement and “Are We Having Fun Yet? ”.
